Terms

Terms of service.

CryptoRoute is tooling, not advice. Trading crypto carries real risk — everything you do with this software is your responsibility.

1. The service

CryptoRoute provides software for discovering and executing cryptocurrency arbitrage opportunities across supported exchanges. The software connects to exchanges using API credentials you supply; it does not custody funds.

2. No financial advice

Nothing in the product, this site, or our communications constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Strategy configurations, default parameters, and any returns shown in marketing material are illustrative only. Past performance never predicts future results.

3. Risk acknowledgement

Trading cryptocurrency is volatile and can result in total loss of capital. Arbitrage specifically carries risks including but not limited to: network delays, withdrawal suspensions, exchange outages, API errors, slippage, and price changes during execution. You agree that you understand and accept these risks.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Safeguard your API keys and 2FA codes. We cannot recover them for you.
  • Comply with the laws and exchange terms applicable to your jurisdiction.
  • Review every trade before approving it on cross-exchange flows.
  • Keep the software up to date — we push fixes, you have to install them.

5. Uptime & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 24/7 uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. Priority support is available to Enterprise subscribers; community support is available to all users.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoRoute is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding three months.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, violate exchange terms on our behalf, or attempt to compromise the platform.

8. Changes

We will notify you of material changes to these terms via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that window constitutes acceptance.
