Terms of service.
CryptoRoute is tooling, not financial advice. Trading crypto is volatile and risky — everything you do with this software is your responsibility.
Effective May 13, 2026. By installing, accessing, or otherwise using CryptoRoute (the "Service") you agree to these terms.
1. The service
CryptoRoute provides software for discovering and executing cryptocurrency arbitrage opportunities and market-making strategies across supported third-party exchanges. The software connects to those exchanges using API credentials you provide. We do not custody, hold, or have access to your funds at any time. All orders are executed by the exchange against your account using your keys.
2. Not financial, investment, or tax advice
Nothing in the product, on this site, in marketing materials, in the changelog, or in any communication from us constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Strategy descriptions, default parameters, slippage assumptions, predicted PnL figures, and any returns shown are illustrative only. Past performance does not predict future results. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, money-services business, or fiduciary in any jurisdiction.
3. Risk acknowledgement
Cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile and can result in the total loss of capital. Specifically relevant to arbitrage and market making, you accept that risks include but are not limited to:
- Exchange API outages, rate-limit rejections, and clock-skew failures.
- Network delays and blockchain reorganisations during cross-exchange transfers.
- Withdrawal suspensions, fee changes, and listing/delisting events on exchanges.
- Slippage, partial fills, and adverse selection.
- Price movement during multi-leg execution that can turn a profitable opportunity into a loss.
- Loss or compromise of your own API keys, 2FA codes, or device.
- Regulatory action in your jurisdiction that restricts access to exchanges or cryptocurrencies.
By using the Service you confirm that you understand these risks and trade only with capital you can afford to lose.
4. Eligibility and jurisdiction
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts, and not located in or a resident of a jurisdiction that prohibits cryptocurrency trading or use of this category of software. You are responsible for verifying that your use of the Service and the underlying exchanges complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction (including tax reporting). We do not represent that the Service is appropriate or available in any particular jurisdiction.
5. Your account and responsibilities
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account password, API keys, 2FA codes, and the device on which the desktop app runs. We cannot recover lost credentials.
- You are responsible for complying with each exchange's terms of service, especially around rate limits, withdrawal whitelisting, IP whitelisting, and KYC/AML obligations.
- You agree to review every cross-exchange trade before approving it at each of the three gates (buy, withdraw, sell). The Service deliberately requires explicit approval at each stage.
- You agree to keep the desktop software up to date. Auto-update prompts will appear when a new signed bundle is available; declining updates may result in degraded functionality or compatibility issues with exchanges.
- You agree to provide accurate billing information and to keep it current.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not:
- Use the Service to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, layering, or other practices prohibited by applicable law or exchange rules.
- Use the Service for transactions involving sanctioned persons, jurisdictions, or assets, or in violation of OFAC, EU, UK, or Indian sanctions regimes.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Service or its components.
- Use the Service to launder funds, conceal the source of funds, or evade taxes.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the marketing site, auth service, or billing portal beyond their published API surfaces.
- Attempt to compromise the security of the Service or of any other user's account.
7. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
- Paid tiers are billed in advance, monthly or annually, via Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- 14-day refund window from the first charge, no questions asked. After that, no refunds for the current billing period, but downgrades are prorated.
- If your payment fails we will retry per Stripe's standard schedule and notify you by email; if not resolved within 14 days the account is downgraded to Basic.
8. Software licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the desktop application on devices you control, solely for the duration of your active subscription. The software remains our property; you receive no rights to the source code, signing keys, or branding beyond use of the running application.
9. Uptime and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 24/7 uptime of the auth, billing, or update-manifest servers. The desktop application is designed to keep functioning during marketing-site outages — your local trading flow does not require our servers to be online once you are logged in. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance via the in-app changelog. Priority email support is included on Pro and Enterprise tiers; community support is available to all users.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, profitable, accurate, secure, or that defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoRoute and Diviners Solution are not liable for any of the following arising from or relating to your use of the Service: trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — even if advised of the possibility.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service, regardless of the cause of action, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount of fees you actually paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages — in those, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diviners Solution, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or liability (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these terms, (b) your trading activity executed via the Service, (c) your violation of any applicable law or any third party's rights, or (d) your misuse of your own API keys or exchange accounts.
13. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from the settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, exposed the Service to legal or security risk, violated exchange terms in connection with your use of the Service, or failed to pay outstanding fees. Upon termination your licence ends; data is purged per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, internet outages, exchange-side outages, blockchain forks or reorgs, and infrastructure failures at sub-processors named in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify subscribed users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and post a new "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes you must stop using the Service and may request a prorated refund of any prepaid period.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
If you are located in a jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws override the foregoing, those laws apply to the limited extent required.
17. Miscellaneous
- If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
- Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
- You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign to an acquirer or successor entity.
- These terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any order form you sign) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
