How fast will I hear back?
Sales and support inquiries are typically answered within one business day. Security reports get a same-day acknowledgement.
Do you offer phone support?
Not at the moment. Email gives both sides a written audit trail, which matters when API keys, balances, and trade history are involved.
Can I send screenshots or logs?
Yes — please redact API keys and account IDs before sending. The desktop app's Settings → Diagnostics page exports a redacted log bundle automatically.
