Before you write in

  • How fast will I hear back?

    Sales and support inquiries are typically answered within one business day. Security reports get a same-day acknowledgement.

  • Do you offer phone support?

    Not at the moment. Email gives both sides a written audit trail, which matters when API keys, balances, and trade history are involved.

  • Can I send screenshots or logs?

    Yes — please redact API keys and account IDs before sending. The desktop app's Settings → Diagnostics page exports a redacted log bundle automatically.

  • Where is the team based?

    Diviners Solution, the company behind CryptoRoute, is headquartered in India. Email is timezone-friendly; expect replies during IST business hours.
